Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities: Conduct analysis to determine best path for solving business problems/opportunities that may include process improvement, systems enhancement, user training, and / or software procurement Ensure solutions developed across organization are aligned to enterprise architecture standards and principles, leverage common solutions and services, and meet financial targets (cost and benefits) Evaluate and present information that will facilitate effective and timely decision-making through written and oral communication materials that effectively summarize findings with recommendations Functions as a liaison to Business and IT partners in order to gain a broad understanding of industry trends and innovations, and their impact on technology Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Computer science or Equivalent experience 10+ years of SQL experience 10+ years of experience in Data Modeling / Data Architecture experience 10+ years of experience working with Data Modeling 10+ years of experience working with Databases such as SQL Server, Teradata, Oracle
AI Skills: All contractor resources are expected to demonstrate baseline proficiency in enterprise-approved AI tools as part of their day-to-day responsibilities. This includes, but is not limited to: o Consistent Use: Maintain a minimum of 90% weekly usage of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other GenAI platforms approved by the enterprise. o Applied Productivity: Leverage AI tools to enhance coding, documentation, data analysis, and decision-making workflows. Continuous Learning: Stay current with evolving AI capabilities and features and apply them to improve delivery quality and velocity.
