Mobile Response Security Officer — Full Time Site Location: Milwaukee, WI Wage : $18.50/HR Schedule : Thursday - Friday 1pm-9pm & Saturday - Sunday 9am-7pm Apply Today & Join Our Mobile Team!! The Mobile Response Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, which include operations a vehicle to conduct patrols. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. What Your Day May Look Like • Maintain a secure environment that protects employees, customers, and visitors from harm. • Respond effectively to emergencies and security incidents to minimize risk and damage. • Uphold company policies, safety regulations, and legal compliance standards. • Protect sensitive information and intellectual property from unauthorized access. • Conflict resolution and de-escalation. • Perform access control at security entrances / exits. • Conduct routine patrols of premises including buildings, parking lots, & entry points to identify potential security risks both on foot and in company vehicle. • Monitor and operate surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and security equipment. Requirements • Must be 18 years of age or older. • High School Diploma or GED required. • Valid driver's license and clear driving record required. • Above average computer / technology skills needed. • Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus!! • Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service. • Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and remain vigilant throughout shift. • Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation. • Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities. • All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
