Responsibilities: • An experienced Backend Engineer to lead the design, development, and scaling of core business services and APIs. • In this role, primary focus will be robust engineering, high-performance backends using Ruby on Rails. • As platform scales toward distributed microservices, Associate will also interface with multi language services, making hands on experience or familiarity with Java and Go (Golang) a distinct advantage. • Ruby on Rails Backend Development – Core business services, API development, and backend engineering. • Microservices Architecture & Distributed Systems – Scalable, high-performance backend services.
