Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for a strong experienced Mobile App Engineers, very strong at Coding, bug fixing for Mobile app development from scratch and should have worked hands-on in Mobile App Development life
cycle as End to End single-handed multi hat role in an early-stage tech start-up highly scalable Tech Product development.
1) Position: Sr. Mobile App Developer -Digital Health.
2) Responsibility & Role :
- Hands-on Full Stack end to end Mobile App Development Preferably on top priority on Flutter Platform.
2nd Priority on React Native or Native app Andriod or iOS.
- Mobile App Architect hands on.
- Coding on Flutter / React Native.
- Coding on Native app for android or iOS applications.
- To Work in close coordination with all stakeholders of Product Owner, Solution Architect, Engineering Head, UX/UI designer, Fullstack Developer, and the testing to develop better products with fewer
bugs.
- To work with different API and data sources.
- Fix bugs.
- Continuous evaluation, discovering new technologies and exploiting them for the cross-functional platform.
- Android developers role in multi-function mobile application.
3) Skillset :
- Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.
- Mobile Architecture.
- Flutter Platform.
- Android Studio.
- AI Chatbot in Mobile App.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
- Strong knowledge of Android coding principles, patterns, and best practices
- Familiarity with the use of additional sensors like IOT Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks Ability to understand business requirements and
translate them into technical requirements
- Ability to understand and integrate 3rd Party Application.
- Familiarity with cloud message APIs, client engagement, AI chatbot and push notifications features.
- A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
- Understanding of Google's Android principles and interface guidelines.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Familiarity with continuous integration.
4) Experience :
- At least 3-5 Years of experience post qualification in an early-stage successful growing startup in any industry, preferably in Digital Health.
- Must have worked in a mobile app product development in a successful early-stage startup from scratch especially in a founding team.
- Worked from scratch in the coding, product development with at least 6 -50 Mobile App( multifunction /single-function app), AI Chatbot with at least 10000 to 500,000 Downloads of his Product
developed.

Roles and Responsibilities
Develops complex conceptual and detailed Analog and Digital designs by analyzing product performance and customer requirements. Performs diverse and complex product development, modification, and
evaluation of components, subsystems, and systems by applying engineering principles and developing new or unique analysis tools as required.
Requirement based designs and using tools such as DOORS.
Utilizing industry-standard schematic entry tools such Dx Designer
Debug and support of new designs, production builds and or field related issues.
Root Cause Investigation.
Supports product throughout the life cycle of development, including developing test procedures that ensure proper implementation of requirements.
Prepares for and conducts design reviews and various milestones throughout the product life cycle
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
2-5 years of exp in Design, Digital, and Analog.
Must have experience with Dx Designer for schematic capture and DOORS for requirement, test plan, test result traceability work.
Comfortable in a LAB environment and the use of Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, Function Generators, DMM, etc.
Ability to develop test plans/procedures.
Programming experience (C/C++/Python) will be an advantage.
Develop debugger test scripts to use in the formal uP based hardware.
Ability to test and debug hardware (Digital, Analog, PS, etc)
Good to have
Experience in aerospace standards, DO-254, ARP-4754, IS-25.981 is a plus.
