Role Reporting Analyst Location Atlanta, GA 30308 Duration 12+months (Possible Extension) Shift 1st shift Pay Range $35– $40 per hour on W2 Job Description: Reporting Analyst –Job Description • Reporting / Business Analysis experience • 5–10 years of experience in reporting, business analysis, data analysis, or process improvement. • Analyze business processes and identify trends, patterns, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. • Data Analysis • Collect, analyze, interpret, and validate business/process data. • Use statistical and analytical techniques to derive meaningful insights. • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness. • Reporting & Dashboards • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards. • Create and monitor KPIs and business metrics . • Prepare clear, visually appealing reports and data visualizations for stakeholders. • Excel / Data Analytics Tools • Strong proficiency in Excel . • Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI , or similar data analytics/reporting tools. • Utilize analytical tools to perform reporting and data analysis. • Process Improvement • Map and document current business processes. • Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. • Recommend and support implementation of process improvements. • Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous. • Data Quality & Governance • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. • Perform data validation and quality checks. • Understand data governance and data quality principles. • Ensure appropriate data security and compliance. • Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work with process owners, SMEs, and cross-functional teams. • Gather requirements for reporting and analysis. • Translate complex analytical findings into actionable business insights. • Communicate findings through reports, presentations, and visualizations. • Problem Solving & Analytical Skills • Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities. • Identify trends and root causes. • Develop data-driven recommendations and solutions. • Project / Task Management • Manage multiple reporting and analysis activities. • Prioritize tasks according to business requirements. • Work independently as well as collaboratively. • Continuous Improvement • Proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data accuracy, and analytical methodologies. • Stay current with emerging data analytics technologies and best practices. • Education • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field . • Master's degree or certifications such as Six Sigma are preferred/advantageous.
