Our Specialized Intelligence platform automatically captures how work happens and turns it into a living asset for people and AI agents. We're growing fast. Since our founding in 2019, we've reached 7 million users across 600,000 businesses. Based in San Francisco, we're a LinkedIn Top Startup, valued at over $1B, and backed by leading investors. Join us in our mission to transform how people work. About the role Scribe's Enterprise Account Executives land our largest net-new enterprise customers (10k+ employees) and set the foundation for expansion across lines of business. This is a pure new-logo role: you'll own multi-threaded sales cycles end to end, from first meeting to signature, inside a defined set of named strategic accounts. You'll be the person who gets the first contract in the door and proves Scribe's value to leaders who have never bought from us before. What you'll do - Land the first contract within named enterprise accounts, owning net-new acquisition from prospecting through close - Run multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles in a 3-4 month window and 6-figure ACV, from first meeting to signature - Balance a high volume of inbound leads with disciplined outbound prospecting into your named account list, without letting either slip - Deliver tailored demos, executive presentations, and proof of concepts that tie Scribe directly to the outcomes the customer is measured on - Maintain pipeline and forecast accuracy in Salesforce, Gong, and Sigma, and surface the insights GTM leadership needs to plan - Shape the enterprise sales motion by identifying what's working, what isn't, and where the bar should move What we're looking for - 7+ years of quota carrying SaaS sales experience - Has led net-new, multi-stakeholder Enterprise sales cycles (10k+ employees) - Sells with a structured methodology such as MEDDPICC or SPICED, and uses it to make forecasts predictable - Has carried both inbound volume and an outbound named-account list at the same time, and prioritized without dropping either - Runs a clean pipeline and forecasts a number accurately enough that leadership can plan against it - Digs into how a customer's business actually works, then connects their problem to a specific solution rather than a generic pitch This role is not for you if - You're looking for an established sales playbook, since we're building as we go - You prefer selling into existing customers over net-new acquisition - You expect every deal to follow a predictable path, or you'd rather not be in the weeds of your own pipeline Why you'll love working here - The reach of a unicorn, the headcount of a startup. We went from $1M to $100M ARR in under four years, with fewer than 200 people. That means more pie than people: scope grows with your impact. Customers like T-Mobile, LinkedIn, HubSpot, New York Life and Northern Trust run on Scribe, so what you own reaches some of the biggest names in business. - Hard problems, real impact. Capturing how work actually gets done, at scale, is the foundation AI needs, and it's hard to get right. You'll build the layer other products and agents run on, in a category we're still defining. - Smart is the floor. Kind is the bar. Low ego, high standards. We compete as a collective and love to see each other win, and One Team, One Dream is one of the most shouted-out values in #values. Compensation & location Fully remote.
