Why Yardstik We’re breaking rules and taking names. For decades, legacy background screening providers have raised prices using outdated technology while delivering sub-par support to match. Customers deserve better. So, we started Yardstik. Yardstik is building the Human Trust Platform - technology designed to help organizations continuously verify identity, credentials, and risk before and after hire. In a world where AI has made it easier than ever to fake identities, forge credentials, and exploit hiring systems, point-in-time background checks no longer cut it. Our approach focuses on transparent partnerships and transformative technology to help customers run fewer unnecessary checks while meaningfully saving time, money, and their sanity. Founded in 2020 in Minneapolis, Yardstik has been named a Best Place to Work every year since launch. Why You For the self-starters, go-getters, and boundary-pushers. Sound like you?
