Manage pipelines, scorecards, AI screening criteria and reporting in Ashby, keeping data clean and decisions moving. - Create a strong candidate experience. Keep candidates informed and engaged, close offers, and hand over smoothly to onboarding. - Improve how we hire. Share what works, help build templates and playbooks, track metrics such as time to hire and quality of hire, and support global searches when the team needs extra capacity. WHO YOU ARE - You have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record hiring GTM roles such as Account Executives, Solution or Sales Engineers, Customer Success and Marketing. - You've worked both in a recruitment agency and in-house at a scale-up, so you know how to source hard and fast, and how to build lasting partnerships with hiring managers. - You're a heavy user of AI tools in your recruiting work, for sourcing, outreach, research or screening, and you're always testing new ways to work smarter. - You understand technical sales profiles well enough to assess them credibly and to pitch a deep-tech product to experienced candidates. - You communicate clearly and directly, give honest advice to hiring managers, and keep candidates engaged through every step. - You enjoy working across time zones and cultures, and you're comfortable bringing structure where processes are still being built. - You are fluent in English and have the right to work in the US. WHAT WILL SET YOU APART - Hands-on experience with Ashby (strong preference) - Experience hiring for B2B SaaS, AI or engineering software companies - Experience recruiting across both the US and Europe - A network in US enterprise sales or solution engineering WHAT YOU GET - Work with a world-class technology team.
