Company ruchika@arsquaretech.com Job Details Hi Hope You Are Doing well Location - Tampa, FL 110K Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for KYC and client onboarding processes. • Work closely with Compliance, AML, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams. • Define BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications . • Analyze and improve KYC/CDD/EDD processes and workflows. • Support customer onboarding, periodic reviews, remediation, and KYC data management. • Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for automation and optimization. • Coordinate with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC . • Support UAT , defect analysis, and business validation. • Ensure solutions align with regulatory and internal compliance requirements. Required Skills • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking/Financial Services. • Strong hands-on experience in KYC / Client Onboarding / AML / CDD / EDD . • Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills. • Experience with BRD, FRD, User Stories, Process Flows, and UAT . • Good understanding of banking operations, compliance, and regulatory processes. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Preferred • Experience with KYC platforms, client lifecycle management, or regulatory technology . • Knowledge of SQL, data mapping, APIs, and system integrations . • Experience with JIRA/Confluence or similar tools.
