We are partnering with a high-growth alternative finance platform in the commercial funding and merchant cash advance (MCA) space. Seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to oversee core business processes, drive operational efficiency, and build a foundation for sustainable growth alongside executive management. Key Responsibilities • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and manage a multi-tiered operational staff (combining local and global resources) focused on daily execution and accountability. • Operational Execution: Direct end-to-end operational activities, including pipeline throughput, payment processing, portfolio management, and daily reporting. • Systems & Vendor Management: Oversee operational tech infrastructure, managing software integrations, third-party vendor relationships, and system enhancements. • Process Optimization: Continuously audit current workflows to eliminate bottlenecks, automate manual tasks, and optimize execution speed while preserving credit standards. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior management to align operational capabilities with overall business objectives and technology implementations. • Business Continuity: Troubleshoot technical or operational issues rapidly to ensure seamless service delivery and minimal downtime.
