Website Strategy & Conversion Rate Optimization • Own the performance of the Fusable websites as a demand generation and conversion channel. • Develop and manage a structured CRO and experimentation program across pages, landing experiences, forms, and CTAs. • Use behavioral and performance data to identify friction, develop hypotheses, and prioritize improvements. • Partner with Creative and web resources to execute and continuously optimize the digital buyer experience. Lifecycle Marketing & Nurture • Own the strategy and performance of the Fusable digital nurture and lifecycle experiences. • Develop segmented nurture and re-engagement journeys based on audience, behavior, campaign, and lifecycle state. • Partner with Growth, Sales/BDR, and Marketing Operations to create effective conversion paths and digital-to-human handoffs. • Continuously test and optimize messaging, content, cadence, and conversion points based on progression toward pipeline. Organic Social & Digital Distribution • Own the Fusable organic social strategy focused on audience development, distribution, and campaign amplification • Develop channel strategies that extend Fusable industry narratives, thought leadership, campaigns, and content. • Partner with Content and Creative to translate core stories into effective channel-specific experiences. • Analyze audience behavior and continuously test topics, formats, and distribution approaches to improve performance Experimentation, Analytics & Optimization • Establish a consistent test-and-learn discipline across SEO/AEO, website, lifecycle, and organic channels. • Develop clear hypotheses, success criteria, and decision frameworks for digital experiments. • Connect digital performance to qualified conversions, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue wherever possible. • Turn performance data into actionable insights: what happened, why it happened, what we learned, and what we should do next. What You Need: • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or a related discipline, preferably in B2B or SaaS. • Demonstrated experience owning digital strategy across multiple stages of the buyer journey, from discovery through conversion and nurture. • Strong knowledge of SEO and emerging AEO/AI search strategies, including search intent, content optimization, and organic growth • Experience with website optimization, CRO, landing pages, and structured experimentation. • Experience developing lifecycle, nurture, re-engagement, organic social, and content distribution strategies. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to move from data to insight to hypotheses to action to learning. • Experience working cross-functionally and with platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce to connect digital activity to measurable business outcomes.
