Job role: Technology Consultant 1 Required skills and experience Power Center, Oracle/PL SQL, Unix/Linux, Remdy Preferred skills Monitoring, incident resolution, ETL and batch troubleshooting, data validation ooking Production Support Engineer with 2 years of experience to support enterprise data integration, batch-processing, and marketing automation applications. The role will focus on production monitoring, incident resolution, ETL and batch troubleshooting, data validation, operational stability, and coordination across application, database, infrastructure, ETL, and business teams. • Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise ETL, data-processing, and batch applications. • Monitor Informatica PowerCenter/IICS mappings, sessions, workflows, tasks, and data loads; analyze logs and coordinate recovery for failed or delayed jobs. • Monitor Autosys schedules and dependencies, perform approved reruns/recovery activities, and ensure critical batch processing completes within SLA. • Use Oracle SQL/PLSQL to investigate data issues, validate source-to-target data, reconcile record counts, and identify missing, duplicate, or incorrect records. • Perform Unix/Linux production-support activities such as log analysis, file validation, process monitoring, and shell-based troubleshooting. • Support AWS-based processing, including S3 file/data movement and CloudWatch monitoring and alert investigation. Qualifications and work authorization • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
