Entrada AI, Inc. is looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our growing team of consultants and play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making across our client’s organization. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, developing insightful reports, and providing actionable recommendations to support business strategies. You will work closely with stakeholders, data scientists, and engineers to ensure that our data analytics initiatives align with business goals and deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights that drive business decisions.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and trends to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve business processes, product performance, and customer experience.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular data quality checks and working with data engineers to resolve any issues.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts, sharing best practices in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data analytics, and apply new techniques to enhance our analytics capabilities.
• Present findings and insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and data visualization.
• 3+ years of experience with Databricks
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Python, or R.
• Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses, and familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices.
