Join LeapXpert: Innovating the Future of Business Communication
At LeapXpert, we've built the infrastructure that turns enterprise communication into intelligence enterprises can act on. As the leader in Governed Communication Intelligence, our platform enables employees to connect with clients on the consumer messaging channels they actually use, governs and captures every conversation as enterprise data, and converts that data into deployable intelligence for teams, AI agents, and the business decisions that matter. Governance is the foundation. Intelligence is the value.
Our mission: enable enterprises to build a governed communication infrastructure that makes trust structural, intelligence compound, and every client relationship more productive.
We recently announced a $180M growth investment and are recognized as a Visionary in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Digital Communications Governance and Archiving for the second consecutive year. Hundreds of the world's most demanding enterprises trust LeapXpert to power their most important client conversations every day.
This is just the beginning. We're growing fast and looking for sharp, driven people to help us define and build the Governed Communication Intelligence category. At LeapXpert, you'll work on high-impact projects, collaborate with ambitious teams across the globe, and help shape a platform that is rewriting how enterprises communicate, govern, and compete.

About the role
Title: Channel Marketing Manager
Function: Sales & BD
Reporting: VP of Channels & BD
Location: Remote, United States
You’ll own global channel marketing with the primary goal of growing partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. We sell with Microsoft, Cisco, Carahsoft, Avant, and a growing group of resellers, SIs, MSPs, SPs, and compliance partners worldwide. You’ll start by assessing gaps and building on the assets, tools, and programs we already have. You’ll develop joint marketing plans and assets and execute campaigns that generate sales opportunities. Partner recruitment, onboarding, and enablement will support that goal by equipping more partners to sell LeapXpert effectively.
This is a senior individual contributor role that combines strategic judgment with hands-on delivery. You’ll lead execution across regions and may manage agencies, contractors, and cross-functional contributors.
What you'll do
Strategy and planning
Own the global channel marketing plan, including joint marketing plans with strategic partners.
Take new partnerships and integrations to market with content, webinars and field activation to generate more revenue via channels.
Partner enablement
Recruit, onboard, and enable partners, and shorten the time from signed partner to first closed deal.
Audit our partner programs, tools, and content, starting with the partner portal and partner pages on our website, and fix what's slowing partners down.
Translate agreed PMM positioning into finished partner assets and campaigns, gathering inputs and driving delivery independently.
Activation and demand generation
Turn LeapXpert messaging into campaign-in-a-box kits partners can run: emails, webinars, landing pages and co-branded content.
Support co-selling between partners and our global sales teams, from deal registration through joint account plans.
Proactively identify, apply for and secure market development funds (MDF) from partners to expand campaigns that generate pipeline. Manage fund utilization, claims, and ROI reporting.
Own the partner events calendar, from planning and budgeting to execution and pipeline measurement.
Systems and reporting
Use CRM and marketing automation to run recruitment, onboarding and activation at scale.
Report on partners onboarded, time to first deal, partner-sourced and influenced pipeline, and event and MDF ROI.
What you bring
8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including 5+ in channel or partner marketing for enterprise sales across multiple regions.
Experience activating partners across segments, from enterprise down to SMB.
A track record of building channel programs that generated measurable partner-sourced pipeline.
A portfolio of assets you wrote and campaigns you launched, with examples to share.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft or a similar technology alliance, including co-sell and marketplace.
Working knowledge of reseller, SI, MSP, distributor and master agent models.
Direct experience managing MDF budgets, approvals, claims and ROI, and maintaining partner portals.
Proficiency with Salesforce or HubSpot, marketing automation, and a PRM platform.
Nice to have
Experience marketing to regulated industries, especially financial services.
Experience with public sector channels, including government aggregators.
Multilingual proficiency: preferably Spanish (in addition to English).
Our values
Curiosity: We're curious and future-focused.
One Team: We're one team, in many colors.
Customer-Driven: We're obsessed with the customer.
Integrity: We don't compromise on integrity.
Excellence: We exemplify excellence.
