As part of the UX & Design team within our Digital organization, you will design and deliver world-class experiences across mobile, web, café and drive thru platforms.     Your work will influence how millions of customers interact with Starbucks each day, helping shape the experiences that connect customers to the brand across digital and in-store touchpoints. We’d love to hear from people with... • 1+ years of experience designing customer-facing digital products. We're more interested in the quality of your work and how you think about design than the number of years on your resume. • A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual and interaction design skills, a thoughtful process, and problem-solving ability. • A customer-centered approach, with the ability to identify opportunities based on user needs and behaviors. • A collaborative, iterative mindset that embraces feedback and balances customer needs with business goals. • Proficiency with modern design tools, especially Figma. • An interest in design trends and the ability to apply them thoughtfully within a brand system. • Strong communication skills across visual, verbal, and written formats.     Nice to have experience… • Experience designing for mobile ordering, retail, loyalty programs, e-commerce, or related digital experiences. • Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices. • Experience creating advanced prototypes. • Experience designing AI powered experiences and features. As a Starbucks partner, you (and your family) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits. Partners have access to short-term and long-term disability, paid parental leave, family expansion reimbursement, paid vacation from date of hire*, sick time (accrued at 1 hour for every 25 hours worked), eight paid holidays, and two personal days per year. Starbucks also offers eligible partners participation in a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match, a discounted company stock program (S.I.P.), Starbucks equity program (Bean Stock), incentivized emergency savings, and financial well-being tools. Additionally, Starbucks offers 100% upfront tuition coverage for a first-time bachelor’s degree through Arizona State University’s online program via the Starbucks College Achievement Plan, student loan management resources, and access to other educational opportunities. You will also have access to backup care and DACA reimbursement. Starbucks will comply with any applicable state and local laws regarding employee leave benefits, including, but not limited to providing time off pursuant to the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act, and in accordance with its plans and policies.
