Job description

HI 👋 I’M AIDAN, FOUNDER OF MAPLE. At Maple maple.inc, we’re building AI agents that work for restaurants. These agents answer calls, take orders, book appointments, and handle real customer interactions over natural voice. But our bigger mission goes deeper: we’re building automated ontologies that model how businesses actually operate — their services, workflows, constraints, and language — so our agents can adapt to them instantly. We meet businesses where they are, not where software wants them to be. We have many customers, strong revenue growth, years of runway, and backing from world-class investors. I’ll share more once we meet. SPECIAL PROJECTS LEAD (ROTATIONAL PROGRAM) ABOUT THE ROLE The Special Projects Lead role is designed as a rotational program, giving you the chance to contribute to different parts of the company - including pre-sale, post-sale, product, and operations. This is an opportunity to learn the business from multiple angles, build relationships across teams, and make an impact where it matters most. You'll work on a range of short- and medium-term projects, supporting key priorities while developing your skills and experience across functions. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Rotate through core areas of Maple, including sales, customer success, product, and operations - Support projects that may include process improvements, new initiative pilots, or helping teams work more efficiently - Partner with different teams to learn best practices and help address immediate business needs - Build strong cross-functional relationships and gain exposure to a variety of challenges and solutions - Work closely with mentors and team leads to develop your skills and identify areas of growth - Share insights and suggest improvements as you learn across your rotations WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - Any level of experience is welcome - including new grads, early-career professionals, or those seeking a career shift - Interest in learning how a high-growth company operates across different teams - Collaborative mindset - you enjoy working with others and learning from them - Willingness to take on new challenges and adapt to different environments - Organized, communicative, and eager to share your perspective - Self-motivated and curious, with a drive to contribute wherever you land WHY MAPLE? - Unique opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact across multiple company functions - Supportive team environment that values learning and collaboration - Ability to shape your own experience and explore potential long-term roles within Maple - Competitive salary, benefits, and meaningful equity If you’re ready to try new things, work with different teams, and help Maple grow, we encourage you to apply. HOW WE WORK - We optimize for leverage. That means great internal tooling, fast CI/CD, and code that scales across many customer types - We believe in deep ownership. Engineers here talk to users, design features, and ship fast - We value clarity over process. You’ll spend most of your day building, not waiting on decisions - We move in person. We’re a tight-knit team that moves fast and solves problems together WHAT WE OFFER - Competitive salary + meaningful equity - A real product with real usage and growing revenue - Strong In-person culture, fast feedback loops, and zero bureaucracy - A small team that feels like a founding team - Full health, dental, vision, 401k, life insurance, and unlimited PTO - Tools budget, coffee budget, whatever-you-need-to-be-great budget Want to help reimagine how software works for real-world businesses?
