You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."
You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.
At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably.
You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.
Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next.

You’ll facilitate collaboration among engineering, operations, IT/OT, finance, procurement, and governance stakeholders.
You’ll support change management, workforce capability development, and organizational design related to capital projects and asset‑intensive operations.
You’ll lead market strategy, growth planning, and pursuit execution across digital, asset management, and capital program services.
You’ll identify and develop new service offerings, delivery models, and strategic partnerships focused on capital projects, asset management, and digital infrastructure.
You’ll manage complex sales cycles, including proposals, SOQs, interviews, and executive presentations.
You’ll drive revenue growth through strategic account management, IDIQ contracts, MSAs, and long‑term partnerships tied to capital programs and asset portfolios.
You’ll oversee planning, design, engineering, and implementation of major capital infrastructure programs, including digital and asset components.
You’ll manage multidisciplinary teams delivering capital projects, digital solutions, engineering services, asset management, and operating readiness.
You’ll ensure alignment with sector requirements, client expectations, and long‑term asset and capital performance objectives.
You’ll support pilots, demonstrations, and early‑stage deployments of digital technologies that scale into enterprise capital and asset programs.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
The biggest builds going. Hyperscale data centers, grid and generation, transit and rail, chip fabs, mines, water. If it's complex and it matters, it's on our list.
You own the outcome. Not a workstream. Not a deliverable. Whether the program lands.
AI that shows up on site. Program control that predicts instead of records. You'll use it, and you'll help shape it.
Scale without the distance. More than 5,000 practitioners across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, on a team small enough that people know your name.
Serious investment in you. Leadership development, technical upskilling and certification support.
Work that outlasts you. People will use what you build for forty years without knowing your name. That's the point.
Recognition that means something in this industry. Accenture Construct is ranked #6 globally in ENR's 2026 Top 50 Program Management Firms and #4 in Building Design + Construction's Top 80 Construction Management Firms for 2026.
