Job description
About the Team
Global Integrated Marketing & Communications (GIMC) within our Global Business Marketing (GBM) Team sits at the heart of how TikTok for Business shows up in the world, spanning campaigns, creative, channels and events across a complex global structure. Keeping that engine running smoothly takes more than good ideas. It takes sharp operational thinking, strong execution instincts and someone who genuinely thrives in the detail.
This is a hands-on operations role for someone who is organised, proactive and energised by the complexity of a fast-moving global marketing function. You will support the Strategy & Operations (S&O) Lead in keeping GIMC's day to day operations running effectively, managing budgets, coordinating vendors, supporting project delivery and helping the team stay connected and aligned across workstreams.
This is not a strategic advisory role. It is an execution role, one that requires someone who moves fast, follows through, and takes genuine pride in making things work.
