ABOUT F2
F2 is the AI platform transforming how private markets investors analyze deals and make investment decisions.
Private markets firms work with enormous amounts of complex, unstructured information across diligence, underwriting, portfolio monitoring, and investment workflows. F2 turns that information into actionable insights, helping investment teams work faster and make better decisions.
We work with leading financial institutions across private equity, private credit, investment banking, and asset management. F2 is backed by NFX, Y Combinator, Left Lane, Torch, and HighlandX.
We're growing quickly across New York, San Francisco, and London and are building the team to support our next stage of growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Founding Technical Recruiter to help build the technical recruiting function at F2. This is a hands-on recruiting role. You'll own searches end-to-end, but sourcing will be at the center of what you do. We're looking for someone who knows how to map technical talent markets, find exceptional engineers who aren't actively looking, and get them excited about an early-stage company.
You'll have significant ownership over some of the most important hires we make and help shape how F2 recruits technical talent as we scale.

- Help hiring managers build structured interview processes and scorecards
- Use recruiting data and pipeline metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring velocity
- Maintain an exceptional candidate experience while operating with speed
- Help improve our recruiting systems, processes, and tools as we scale
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
