We empower 1,000+ of the world’s most premier event brands in 50+ countries – from global icons like the Grammy Awards and HYROX to teams such as Stanford Athletics and FC Schalke 04 – to reclaim their data, their brand, and their revenue. Backed by $65M+ from top-tier investors , with an annual GTV of >1Bn GTV and being profitable, it is time to go towards the next phase: accelerating our segment-specific approach, significantly increasing average ACV, and paving the way for an AI-powered fan engagement era. The Role: Architect of Global Revenue As vivenu’s CRO, you are the primary architect of vivenu’s global expansion. You aren't just managing a Revenue team; you are building a high-performance machine that wins the world's most complex sports and venue accounts. You will complement our CEO by providing the strategic planning and execution required to scale a verticalized GTM engine across the globe. The Team currently consists of 70 highly skilled and motivated contributors; divided in Sales Leaders, AEs, BDRs, RevOps, GTM, Marketing and Partnerships. As our CRO your responsibilities will include: Global Revenue Leadership: Define and reach our global revenue growth goals as determined together with the CEO and board. Coordinate and align Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, and Business Development efforts into a single, cohesive growth engine. Scaling the Revenue Org: Lead the charge in more than doubling the revenue organization in headcount, designing a global structure that remains agile as we scale. Strategic Deal Involvement: Move beyond "oversight" to actively coaching leadership on deal play. You will help navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, including alignment with owners, investors, and boards for our Enterprise opportunities. Elevating the Narrative: Grow the importance of "Business Value Selling" – positioning vivenu not just as a tool, but as the essential revenue-focused operating system for live entertainment. Holistic GTM Strategy: Sharpen our value proposition to reflect the industry’s unique complexities, moving beyond a generic SaaS narrative. Modern Tech Stack Mastery: Ensure the team is equipped with, and fluent in, a modern AI-powered tech stack that drives speed, transparency, and data-informed decision-making. As our CRO your success will be measured by: Global Coherence: Co-create and lead a unified global sales strategy that respects regional and vertical nuances while maintaining the "vivenu standard" of excellence. Segment-Specific Expertise: Refine our transition toward a sophisticated, segment-specific approach, driving a consistent increase in average ACV and securing high-value customers in our core verticals. Autonomous Pod Structure: Build and empower sales pod structures with the right level of autonomy to navigate local market dynamics while remaining aligned with global goals. Mission-Critical Trust: Lead with the professional gravity required for a trust-focused industry. You will ensure that every enterprise interaction is individualized, acknowledging that ticketing is the heartbeat of our customers' digital ecosystems. Hyper-Growth Velocity: Lead the revenue function through a trajectory of doubling the business year-over-year, scaling the organization’s reach and impact without compromising operational integrity. What skillset you will need to bring to succeed in this role: 5 years of experience as a CRO in a high-scale SaaS organization. The Vertical Specialist: Proven track record in Vertical SaaS. You understand that in this space, winners provide the "Operating System" that sits at the heart of the business. Global Scaler: Successfully built and managed teams across North America and Europe, navigating the cultural nuances required to win on both continents and continue to scale from there. Analytical Mindset & High-Performance Culture: You move with urgency, embrace an iterative "fail fast, learn faster" mentality, and thrive in an environment where speed is a competitive advantage. Ecosystem Thinker: Recognizes ticketing as the most critical digital business decision for our customers and understands how to sell into a diverse, passionate industry where the product sits at the core of fan engagement and revenue generation. Intellectual Agility: Navigate the complexities of a highly nuanced industry with sharp analytical precision. You will master our sales frameworks with speed, deciphering intricate industry politics and stakeholder dynamics to drive immediate strategic impact. Why join vivenu? Category-Defining Product. We provide the enterprise-grade, mission-critical platform for the world’s most iconic sports franchises, live entertainment brands and cultural venues. We aren't a "utility"; we are the primary revenue engine for our partners, displacing legacy incumbents with a superior tech stack. Proven Financial Foundation. Beyond the "startup" phase, vivenu operates on a VC-backed foundation, maintaining a high-growth trajectory. Sophisticated Leadership Bench. Join a high-caliber collective of 200+ vivenuans marrying deep industry expertise with tech leadership. You will work alongside execs from Google, Salesforce, Slack and co., who have chosen vivenu to build the industry’s next global standard. True Global Footprint. With six international offices and a presence in the world’s most competitive markets, our DNA is global. We operate as a high-velocity meritocracy where impact and architectural thinking are valued over hierarchy. Recognized Market Momentum. Consistently cited by Sifted as a top European scale-up, we are systematically re-architecting the ticketing ecosystem. We don’t just participate in the market; we are the catalyst for its digital transformation. Strategic Autonomy & Legacy. This is a mandate to build. You will have the platform and the resources to industrialize a global GTM engine, set the pace for the industry’s future, and leave a definitive mark on the live entertainment landscape.
