Team Leadership and Program Integration
You will build, lead, and develop a high-performing Data Solutions & Insights team focused on consistency, quality, and strategic impact.
You will develop staff as both technical experts and translators of data into strategy.
You will champion organization-wide use of the CRM and associated platforms as the system of record, partnering with stakeholders to improve adoption, data-informed practices, and confidence in data assets.
You will promote strong alignment and collaboration with Information Technology, Gift & Data Administration, and Prospect Development.
Data Usage Standards, Alignment, and Quality Enablement
You will ensure consistent application and interpretation of enterprise data definitions and business rules in reporting and analytics.
