Facilitate leadership meetings, technical reviews, milestone reviews, offsites, and cross-functional operating forums. Drive clear communication and reporting across all levels of the organization, including leadership updates, all-hands, planning reviews, and company-level forums. You are comfortable acting as a proxy for senior engineering leadership representing priorities, building trust across technical and non-technical partners (engineering, product, operations, finance, legal, people, and executive teams), driving alignment, and influencing without direct authority.
