ABOUT THE COMPANY
We're a small team solving one of the hardest problems in human-computer interaction: a noninvasive wearable that turns thought into text, no surgery required.
By pairing ultra-high-density neural sensing with our Brain Foundation Model, we decode neural signals with a fidelity once reserved for implants. Our mission is to give a billion people a direct link between mind and machine, expanding how humans think, communicate, and create.
We're now bringing our hardware, and the growing ecosystem of related products and software around it, directly to consumers. We're backed by strong investors, moving fast, and assembling a world-class team to bring this to market. If you thrive at the frontier of what's possible and want hands-on ownership of the paid media engine behind something that genuinely changes how people interact with their own minds, we want to talk to you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be the hands-on-keyboard execution engine behind our D2C growth, reporting to the Head of Direct-to-Consumer Marketing. Your primary focus will be paid media: planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns that drive efficient customer acquisition. You'll also pitch in on lifecycle marketing and SEO/GEO execution as needed.
This is an individual contributor role built for someone who wants to own real budget and real outcomes, not manage a large team. You'll work alongside internal and external resources and a robust AI toolkit to move fast and multiply your own output.
What You'll Do
- Plan, build, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns in support of our D2C funnel
- Manage campaigns and budgets starting on Meta, then evaluate and expand to additional additional channels such as Google, TikTok, Reddit, etc.
- Monitor performance daily, iterate on creative, targeting, and bidding, and report on ROI and efficiency metrics
- Assist with lifecycle marketing execution (email/SMS campaigns, flows, segmentation) as needed
- Assist with SEO and GEO execution as needed
- Use AI tools throughout your workflow to move faster and do more with less
- Work closely with the Head of D2C Marketing, internal cross-functional teams, and external agencies to translate strategy into daily execution
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-Haves
- Deep, hands-on expertise running and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns at scale
- Experience on multiple non-Meta ad platforms and a general knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate, test, and scale additional paid channels
- Proven track record of driving efficient paid acquisition for a D2C brand
- Data-driven and analytical, comfortable living in the numbers daily
- Scrappy, get-things-done work style; equally comfortable executing solo and collaborating with agencies
- Fluent and enthusiastic user of AI tools to extend your own capacity
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and/or Reddit Ads
- Experience with SEO
- Experience with lifecycle marketing (Klaviyo, Attentive, or similar)
- Experience working in a hardware or consumer electronics D2C environment
If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every qualification, please apply. As we build, we’re hiring for complementary strengths to form a high-impact team.
