When you join Exclaimer you will join a global award-winning SaaS provider with an exceptional revenue rate, ambitious growth plans, and an inclusive and outcomes-driven culture. Exclaimer is a high-growth SaaS company with 300+ colleagues across the UK, US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. We promote a people-first culture built on fairness, inclusion, psychological safety, and continuous learning. As we evolve into a multi-channel platform for branded business communications, we offer employees the opportunity to shape the future of global communication—while growing their careers in a culture where curiosity, creativity, and accountability thrive. This certification reflects our commitment to creating an environment where every voice matters and people genuinely enjoy coming to work. See our accreditations to learn more: Great Place to Work® UK | Great Place To Work® USA About the opportunity 👇 The role This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who still loves being close to the action. You'll be running a team of 4–5 Account Executives, owning their day-to-day development, coaching activity, and collective performance. This isn't a role for someone who wants to manage from a distance. We want a player-coach who brings energy to the floor, sets the tone, and genuinely invests in making the people around them better. The team owns the full sales cycle, from inbound qualification and outbound prospecting through to close, working closely with Marketing on ABM and campaign follow-up. They operate in the SMB space, managing pipeline in Salesforce and running structured, discovery-led conversations with Cloud and Microsoft 365 buyers. Your job is to make this team excellent. What you'll be doing Leading and coaching a team of AEs at varying levels of experience, with a strong emphasis on structured skills development — particularly around discovery, qualification, objection handling, and pipeline discipline. Creating and sustaining a high-energy, competitive, but genuinely collaborative team culture. The kind of environment where people push each other and celebrate wins together. Running regular 1:1s, call reviews, and deal coaching sessions that translate directly into rep improvement and pipeline quality. Working collaboratively to align on campaign execution, ABM activity, and lead follow-up. Owning the team's pipeline health — ensuring accurate Salesforce hygiene and a forward-looking view of performance against targets. Reporting on team activity, conversion metrics, and early-stage pipeline progress, with both qualitative and quantitative insight. Being present. This role is based in our Boston office three days per week — the kind of energy you want to create needs to be felt in the room. What we're looking for Proven experience running a team of Account Executives in a SaaS environment is essential. A genuine passion for coaching and developing earlier-career salespeople. You get energy from watching your team grow, not just from your own deals. Strong command of structured sales methodology — discovery, value articulation, pipeline management. You can model what great looks like and break it down for others. Experience in a Microsoft 365 or Cloud ecosystem is a strong advantage — our buyers are typically IT leaders and Cloud Application decision-makers. Comfortable with Salesforce as both a management and forecasting tool. The kind of presence that lifts a room — you set the cultural tone as much as the commercial one. At Exclaimer, we’re proud to offer a benefits package that reflects our commitment to supporting you professionally, personally, and wherever life takes you. Alongside competitive pay, you’ll have access to generous paid time off, flexible working options including our XFlex programme and a “work from anywhere” allowance - plus enhanced leave for all new parents, regardless of gender, family structure, or path to parenthood. Our wellbeing offering includes comprehensive healthcare coverage, fully funded insurance and income protection, access to 24/7 virtual care, and mental health, legal and financial support through employee assistance programmes. We help you plan for the future with contributory retirement plans and savings support, and back your day-to-day wellbeing with perks like subscriptions to Calm and Blinkist, fitness and lifestyle credits, global travel assistance and a wide range of discounts. Wherever you're based, you'll find that Exclaimer’s benefits are designed to help you thrive: at work and beyond. At Exclaimer, inclusion is more than a policy - it’s part of who we are. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, experiences, and identities. We consider all candidates fairly and without discrimination irrespective of ethnicity, race, religion, nationality, age, gender, marital status, disability, neurodivergence, caring responsibilities, sexual orientation, or gender identity. We’re building a culture where everyone feels they belong and can thrive, and we’d love for you to be part of it. If you require any reasonable adjustments or support through the application or hiring process, please email the team in confidence via Work@Exclaimer.com to let us know.
