Job description

A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. In this Senior Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) role, you will be the tactical engine and primary leader responsible for delivering Google's next-generation custom silicon. You will manage the entire lifecycle of flagship SoC programs simultaneously navigating advanced semiconductor manufacturing nodes, complex IP subsystem integration, and multi-organization hardware/software bring-up. You will blends deep semiconductor domain expertise with technical program management, excelling at bringing structure to ambiguity, managing critical paths, and driving high-velocity execution across massive cross-functional organizations. Google's mission is to organize the world's information and make it universally accessible and useful. Our team combines the best of Google AI, Software, and Hardware to create radically helpful experiences. We research, design, and develop new technologies and hardware to make computing faster, seamless, and more powerful. We aim to make people's lives better through technology. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
