• Drive the continuous improvement of the talent acquisition process by identifying gaps and proposing solutions to enhance the experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Act as a strategic advisor to HR and business leaders, leveraging market and talent insights to guide decisions on sourcing strategies and candidate requirements, and deliver quarterly recruitment updates to the leadership team.
• Participate in annual Talent Acquisition projects, including process optimization, technology reviews, and the implementation and adoption of new tools and capabilities.
• Execute innovative sourcing strategies (utilizing tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights) to engage targeted passive talent, build future-ready pipelines, and reduce time-to-fill metrics.
• Develop targeted attraction strategies, leveraging the company's employer brand assets and tactics to identify and engage passive talent pools that support client-specific talent agendas.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years of talent acquisition and/or human resources experience
• Experience with driving continuous improvement, including identifying gaps, developing and implementing solutions, informed by data
• Demonstrated experience in navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, matrixed organization and managing multiple priorities with high attention to detail
• Demonstrated proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience managing full-cycle recruitment for professional, salaried roles (e.g., Sales, Marketing, or Corporate functions) within a large, global organization
• Consultation and influencing skills with a proven ability to partner and present to senior leaders.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition best recruitment practices and regional employment/hiring laws.
• Hands-on experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc)
