Applied AI Product Associate, Business at Hubs

Job description

This is a remote position. At Hubs, we're building the intelligence layer for organizations — where anyone can build AI solutions that spread and compound across the org. Our team is growing, fast-moving, and ambitious — led by multi-exit Silicon Valley entrepreneurs with a strong track record of creating products that shape how people work. Along the way, we get to work with some of the most exciting parts of technology today — autonomous AI, innovative UIs, and reactive dataflows. It's the kind of work where the engineering itself feels fresh and creative, with room for invention and curiosity. Joining Hubs means working on problems that matter. You'll be building for yourself, your peers, and millions of professionals navigating the shift from pre-AI to AI-first work. The products you create will be visible, widely used, and part of a broad societal transformation in how knowledge work gets done. There are Part-time or Full-time opportunities open. You’ll own product feedback and implementation of real-customer solutions end-to-end working closely with the SF team. You will meet with customers in live conversations as well as build solutions offline. Requirements Relevant background (1–2 years in at least one): • Solutions or Sales Engineering • Business Analyst • Product team (especially implementation or customer-facing) • BI or data platform work across multiple tools or industries You're a good fit if you: • Can engage, listen to someone describe their business issues, do good discovery and start connecting the dots to create a solution • Are comfortable on customer-facing meetings and can ask the right questions to get to the real issue • Move fast and don't need everything defined for you before you start • Have experience using AI to solve business problems Opportunities exist for people working across Europe and the Americas. Fluency in English is required. French, Spanish, and/or Portuguese are strong pluses in their respective regions. If you’re excited about building a product with potential for tremendous impact at the leading edge of AI-first productivity and collaboration, we’d love to hear from you! Benefits At Hubs, we’re committed to building not just transformative products, but also a place where ambitious builders can thrive. You’ll join a fast-moving, design-obsessed team where your ideas have real impact from day one. For full-time staff, we offer a competitive salary based on experience, a chance for participation in upside via stock plans, and the flexibility of a remote-first environment. As an early member of the product team, you’ll have the chance to help shape both our product and our culture, working alongside passionate people who care deeply about craft, autonomy, and creating experiences users love.
