Troubleshoot complex SAP S/4HANA and BTP issues, perform root cause analysis, and guide teams through timely and effective resolution. Support integration design and development across SAP and non-SAP platforms using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architecture patterns. Support testing, deployment readiness, and production transition activities for new and enhanced solutions. Share technical knowledge and provide guidance to team members across ABAP, BTP, Fiori/UI5, RAP, CAP, and emerging SAP development capabilities. Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for custom development, integrations, architecture decisions, and support processes. Help build team resilience by identifying and enabling appropriate backup support coverage as needed. Support and extend SAP Joule and related SAP Business AI capabilities by helping design conversational use cases, integrating backend services and enterprise content, and enabling practical AI-driven scenarios with appropriate security, governance, and business context.
