Job description

Join a high-impact team where your expertise in Agile delivery, portfolio governance, and cross-functional partnership will directly shape how Consumer Branded Card builds and ships products. You'll work at the intersection of product, technology, and controls — bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to a fast-moving organization. This is a role for someone who thrives on making complex systems run better and loves building the operating foundation that lets great teams do their best work. As a Senior Associate, Product Delivery Manager in Consumer Branded Credit Card Product, you will partner with the Head of Operations to drive consistent, scalable best practices for product delivery across Area Product Groups. You will work closely with product and technology leaders, quad members, and development teams to improve how the full product quad plans, executes, and delivers. In this role, you will assess portfolio and product health to identify opportunities to strengthen Agile at scale and mature product management practices — advancing product vision, planning, and delivery discipline. Job responsibilities • Own the portfolio controls operating model, including standards, governance cadence, required artifacts and evidence, and exceptions management • Monitor and track product health metrics and ensure teams follow required SDLC, change, and release control steps, driving actions to address gaps • Own Jira Align hygiene and Epic management, including maintaining epic quality and monitoring Epic Delivery validation metrics to ensure accurate planning-to-delivery traceability • Partner with the Product Agility Lead to execute Agile delivery ceremonies, including Backlog Review and Quarterly Planning • Partner with Card Business Controls to coordinate audit readiness, including evidence collection, retention approach, and timely responses to control inquiries • Define and maintain portfolio control expectations — required evidence, frequency, and tolerances — and ensure consistent adoption across product teams • Maintain the product Confluence ecosystem, including up-to-date content, standardized templates, and organized information architecture • Identify and mitigate program risks, proactively addressing roadblocks and monitoring dependencies and inter-related efforts across teams through escalation to resolution • Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and designing program touchpoints for status reporting • Partner with the Head of Operations to develop, document, and refine processes for critical business functions including executive updates, portfolio road mapping, offsites, fiscal budget planning, and resourcing • Drive team effectiveness by establishing communication patterns, building culture, and monitoring team morale to surface and resolve friction points Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills • 5+ years of product management experience • Strong knowledge of Agile and Lean delivery and portfolio-level planning, including quarterly planning, dependency and risk management, and capacity and throughput concepts • Proven ability to drive data hygiene, standardize workflows and templates, manage epics, and maintain clean, accurate content ecosystems • Familiarity with SDLC and change and release management controls, with the ability to ensure teams follow required steps and produce appropriate evidence • Strong cross-functional partnership skills across Product, Technology, Finance, and Controls, with the ability to influence without authority and drive adherence to standards • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience facilitating governance forums, planning events, and driving action and decision logging • High bar for data quality, documentation hygiene, and process improvement, with the ability to identify root causes and implement durable fixes • Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to flexibly adapt to internal and market forces while delivering customer-focused outcomes Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
