- Contribute to system architecture decisions to support enterprise-grade reliability and scalability.
- Participate in the full development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production monitoring.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of backend engineering experience in Go (preferred), Java, or C++.
- Strong expertise building and operating large-scale backend systems.
- Experience developing enterprise-grade software with strict correctness and reliability requirements.
- Proven experience designing and integrating REST, gRPC, or WebSocket APIs.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization, concurrency, and distributed system design.
PREFERRED
- Experience with institutional crypto trading systems or digital asset infrastructure.
- Background in trading, risk, or investment management software.
- Exposure to multiple asset classes or multi-strategy trading environments.
- Experience integrating with third-party financial systems or custodial platforms.
