You'd be part of Think Company too, with invitations to our company gatherings. Placements are hired as either 1099 or W-2, and W-2 placements are offered a comprehensive benefits package. How we work on client engagements You'd work within the client's schedule, tools, and rhythms, with onsite expectations set by the engagement. Day-to-day direction comes from the client team. Think Company stays close throughout. You'd have a point of contact for anything about your contract, your experience on the engagement, or what comes next when the work wraps. We believe good placements come from trust, transparency, and people feeling supported in the room they're working in. Interested? If you're the kind of administrator who gets satisfaction from walking into an old network and leaving it better than you found it, we'd like to hear from you, whether you're ready to apply or just want to ask questions first. Worth knowing upfront: the process is a video conversation followed by an onsite, hands-on technical assessment on switches and routers, plus a comprehensive background check. No surprises, and no substitute for real skill.
