Review and edit AI-assisted content for accuracy, brand standards and compliance before launch. • Monitor adoption and campaign performance, including active campaign volume, leads generated, appointments set/held and closed-won conversions; troubleshoot issues that limit execution. • Document processes, train business users and coordinate with Salesforce, IT and external partners to improve platform health, usability and scalable campaign execution. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience also considered. • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, marketing automation or campaign operations experience. • Proven track record building and launching journeys, automations and campaigns in a production environment. • Experience supporting platform administration, documenting workflows and enabling non-technical business users. • Working knowledge of marketing compliance and privacy requirements, including CAN-SPAM, CTIA and TCPA. • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred; Salesforce Platform App Builder certification is a strong plus.
