Job description

WE’RE HEIDI. We're building the future of healthcare by giving every clinician the earth's finest AI Care Partner. Our platform has absorbed the administrative chaos of 175 million patient visits and supported 67 million clinical hours. Today, we support 2.8 million patient sessions a week across 190+ countries, in 110 languages and over 200 specialties. Healthcare systems are failing us; clinicians spend more time on documentation than on patients, and the human connection that makes medicine worth practicing is eroding. Our mission is simple: double the world’s capacity for care and strengthen the human connection at its heart. We found product-market fit with a freemium medical scribe that clinicians love. Now, we're expanding. Every task a clinician hands to Heidi is a patient who feels more attended to, a health system unclogged, and a clinician who gets to be a clinician again. We’ve grown annual recurring revenue from $1 million to $50 million in two years. To go further, we’ve secured US$340 million: a $100 million Series C led by Blackbird, with Phoenix Court, Point72 Private Investments and Headline, alongside a $240 million growth investment led by General Catalyst’s Customer Value Fund. If you want to join us in doing work worth shipping, jump in. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Own high-intent inbound demand and convert interest into qualified pipeline for the Canadian sales team - Create opportunity through disciplined, creative outbound across calls, email, social, and product-led signals - Break into high-value medical practices, health systems, and executive stakeholders who have never heard of Heidi - Research target accounts deeply to understand workflows, incentives, and hidden pain points - Run live conversations and product demos with clinicians, practice managers, and operators, earning trust quickly and setting a high bar for how Heidi shows up - Deconstruct how medical practices actually operate, identify pain points, and diagnose where Heidi creates real value - Qualify and route opportunities with speed and precision across Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Partnerships - Build deep product mastery so you can answer questions in the moment, not defer or deflect - Maintain clean notes, clear context, and strong handoffs so nothing is lost downstream - Continuously improve how we qualify, message, and respond to inbound demand as volume and complexity increase WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - Priority one is a hard worker. Someone who shows up early, stays late when needed, and takes pride in outworking the market - Impeccably sharp, humble, and comfortable operating at speed without excessive process or oversight - Relentlessly curious. You want to understand how things really work, not just follow a checklist - Motivated by ownership, growth, and uncapped upside - Energized by responsibility rather than structure - Clear communicator who can think on their feet and hold their own in real conversations - Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by building something, not inheriting something - Sales experience is preferred, of any kind. We care less about where you sold and more about what selling taught you OTHER THINGS TO KNOW - Experience in healthcare or SaaS is helpful but not required - Attitude, work ethic, and learning velocity matter more than years on a resume - No corporate bloat. No hand-holding. Just results, accountability, and real opportunity to grow THE WAY WE WORK 1. Build to Last We design for safety and reliability so clinicians, patients, and our teams can trust what we build every day. 2. Own Your Practice Ideas rise on merit, not title, and everyone shares responsibility for the standards we set together. 3. Move Fast, Stay Steady We move quickly but never at the cost of trust. Progress only matters if people can depend on what we make. 4. Make Others Better Honest feedback, steady support, and shared growth keep our teams improving together. Why you will flourish with us 🚀? - In office to collaborate with like-minded professionals - Healthcare, Dental, Vision benefit options - 401k with 3% match - Personal development budget of $500 per annum - Become an owner, with shares (equity) in the company, if Heidi wins, we all win - The rare chance to create a global impact as you immerse yourself in one of the leading healthtech startups - The opportunity to fast track your startup career! Heidi is dedicated to creating an equitable, inclusive, and supportive work environment that brings people together from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. Our strength is in our differences. We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer and welcome all applicants as we're committed to promoting a culture of opportunity for all.
