What We’re Looking For: • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively partner with functional leaders and communicate financial concepts to both financial and non-financial audiences. • Sound business judgment with the ability to identify key performance drivers, challenge assumptions, evaluate alternatives, and develop well-supported recommendations. • Ability to independently manage budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and ad hoc analysis while balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. • Detail-oriented with a high degree of ownership and accountability, while maintaining the ability to understand the broader business and focus on the issues that matter most. • Process-improvement mindset with the ability to develop scalable financial models, reporting processes, and tools as the organization continues to grow. • Comfortable operating in an environment with ambiguity and change, with the initiative to identify problems, develop solutions, and drive work forward with limited direction.
