Job description

THE MISSION A brilliant game concept and a perfect math model mean nothing if the client-side execution isn't liquid-smooth. We aren’t looking for a standard web developer who just builds static layouts and basic forms. We need a "Kinetic Interface Engineer" to bring our entire iGaming pipeline to life across desktop and mobile browsers. Your job is to take raw visual assets, audio cues, and server-side logic, and fuse them into spectacular, high-performance casino games that run flawlessly at 60 frames per second. You will step directly into an elite, highly collaborative team environment, working shoulder-to-shoulder with product owners, digital artists, sound designers, backend engineers, and mathematicians. Your focus is the absolute frontier of browser-based gaming: making graphics pop with striking animations, managing relentless game flow, and implementing crisp mechanics that react instantly to our game servers. If you view browser performance as a high-stakes puzzle and have the drive to build the slickest player experiences on the web, your canvas is ready. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Client-Side Game Production: Architect, develop, and maintain high-fidelity, cross-browser casino games optimized flawlessly for both desktop and mobile viewports. - Visual & Kinetic Engineering: Take static visual assets and breathe immediate life into them utilizing advanced rendering, particle effects, and high-performance animation timelines. - Server-Driven Game Flow: Connect client-side interfaces smoothly to our core game servers, orchestrating real-time state changes, payout reveals, and audio-visual synchronization based on incoming server data packets. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner actively as a core technical driver within a cross-disciplinary squad—ensuring game artwork, audio streams, and mathematical logic are unified perfectly in the final build. - Performance Tuning & Optimization: Ruthlessly profile memory usage, minimize draw calls, optimize asset loading sheets, and squash layout shifts to guarantee blazing-fast execution across global cellular networks. - Codebase Maintenance: Write clean, modular, and self-documenting code layouts, ensuring our game engine patterns remain scalable, predictable, and ready for rapid deployment cycles. THE FRONTEND ARSENAL You must possess elite, hands-on mastery and deployment speed across the following technical stack: - Core Languages: TypeScript and JavaScript (Advanced object-oriented and functional programming patterns). - Rendering & Web Graphics: HTML5 and WebGL (Deep understanding of the browser rendering pipeline, canvas manipulation, and GPU-accelerated graphics). - Engines & Libraries: PixiJS (or equivalent high-performance 2D WebGL rendering engines) and GSAP (GreenSock Animation Platform for intricate, programmatic timing and animation scripting). THE REQUIREMENTS - The "Interactive Craftsman": Proven experience building rich, highly animated interactive web content, premium digital animations, or browser-based games. You know exactly how to make an interface feel alive and satisfying to touch. - Mobile-First Instinct: Deep intuition for cross-browser constraints, touch event handling, responsive scaling logic, and mobile asset optimization limitations. - The Collaborative Team Member: Exceptional communication skills and a ego-free approach to working inside a high-speed, multi-disciplinary development loop where code meets art and mathematics. - Hyper-Availability: This isn't a passive 9-to-5 desk track. The global gaming ecosystem moves fast, and major feature drops happen continuously. You must be available 7 days a week to handle real-time production hotfixes, launch window validations, and rapid updates. - Operational Autonomy: Self-motivated and highly structured; you write clean code, manage your asset pipeline meticulously, and can drive features across the finish line without constant supervision. OPERATIONAL DETAILS - Location: Fully Remote. - Schedule: On-call 7 days a week (Requires high flexibility to align with real-time launch windows, global code releases, and system updates). - Payment: All compensation is processed in digital assets (USDC/USDT). WHY JOIN US? We offer more than just a software engineering ticket-shuffling job; we offer the chance to paint the interactive footprint of a global powerhouse. - Extreme Technical Autonomy: We value clean execution, performance wins, and innovative code architecture over red tape. If your game framework is fast and flawless, we ship it. - Global Stage: Your visual execution, animations, and code loops will instantly face a worldwide audience, commanding the entertainment experience for thousands of active players every single second. - A Culture of Pure Momentum: Join an elite squad that moves at lightspeed. You will be constantly building, testing fresh gameplay mechanics, and seeing your engineering hit production in real time. - High-Growth Upside: We value "potential over pedigree." For a Game Developer who consistently delivers uncompromised game flow and scales our front-end capacity, there is a clear, unrestricted runway to lead our entire client-side engineering organization.
