Provide Technical Leadership: Serve as the definitive technical authority on container platforms, persistent storage, and modern virtualization (including OpenShift Virtualization and KubeVirt) across strategic enterprise opportunities alongside Sales, Architecture, and Engineering leaders. Enable Global Delivery: Partner with regional and global delivery organizations to seamlessly transition newly created offerings into operational execution, providing early-stage specialist support and defining skill methodologies. WHAT YOU BRING Services Strategy & Innovation Expertise: Proven track record in professional services, solution architecture, or technology transformation, with demonstrated capability in creating, evolving, and scaling repeatable enterprise consulting offerings. Deep Cloud-Native & Kubernetes Mastery: Expert-level mastery of Kubernetes architectures, container platforms (such as Red Hat OpenShift), Linux environments, and modern virtualization technologies (OpenShift Virtualization, KubeVirt, or workload migration). Stateful Applications & Storage Acumen: Deep architectural understanding of persistent data, software-defined storage, data protection, disaster recovery, and infrastructure-as-code automation in complex enterprise environments. Cross-Functional Stakeholder Leadership: Exceptional customer-facing consultative capability with proven ability to influence across executive clients, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Delivery teams to achieve commercial viability.
