About the role and team
Working at Uber means solving hard problems in a high-stakes, fast-moving environment. You’ll need to take ownership, stay adaptable, and build with both urgency and care. Sales at Uber means navigating ambiguity, earning trust fast, and solving problems that don’t come with a script. It’s not about pushing a product—it’s about building long-term partnerships in a fast-changing environment.
Our Grocery & Retail business is focused on growth and innovation while leveraging our global scale. As part of our Alcohol Partnerships team, you will manage strategic enterprise alcohol retailers, acting as the primary bridge between their complex needs and our internal teams. This role is for those who are resilient, resourceful, and energized by the messy reality of doing big things. If you can turn high-pressure negotiations into sustainable growth and handle the pace of a startup within a global giant, this is where you’ll grow.

• Collaborate across operations, marketing, product, and legal to resolve blockers and deliver proposals that scale.
• Communicate clearly and stay resilient through tough negotiations and the inevitable "no" to ensure real-world impact.
Basic Qualifications
