In the test analyst role, the candidate will perform Missile Defense System (MDS) performance analysis of test data generated primarily by the MDA Ground Test (HWIL) program. The candidate may also support analysis of MDA Flight Test events, Real World Event data, and Golden Dome for America (GDA) tests. The role includes developing approaches and tools to support executing System-level and Element-level performance analysis on the complex MDS, and producing analysis results and inputs to the official SEA test report products. In addition, analysts often present their finding during mission data reviews. The engineer will be responsible for working with associated Systems Engineering (SE) teams, Test Organizations, Warfighters and Element Program focals to ensure MDS tests meet technical intent, assess system capabilities, and characterize behaviors.
