What you’ll need to have: • 3+ years of experience in technical support, application support, implementation, or backroom bank operations. • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. • Experience working directly with customers to resolve technical issues. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. • Ability to work extended hours during peak tax reporting periods as business needs dictate. What would be nice for you to have: • Experience with XML, CSV, or file-based data processing. • Financial services or fintech experience. • Experience supporting regulatory or compliance-related products. • Knowledge of electronic filing processes or IRS reporting requirements. • Experience with secure file transfers and data validation. If you got this far, we hope you're feeling excited about this opportunity. Even if you don't feel you meet every single requirement on this posting, we still encourage you to apply.
