AE Specific Reporting: Create centralized dashboards for individual AEs to track weekly closed revenue and pipeline metrics, serving as the champion of the CRM.

Build the capability to scale: Partner across departments to ensure processes, reporting, and technology support commercial decision-making. Help automate recurring analysis and establish repeatable practices as Red Seat Ventures grows.
Identify growth opportunities: Use client, advertiser, market, product, and pipeline data to identify untapped accounts, categories, agencies, products, and distribution opportunities. Develop options for where Sales could focus and how existing relationships could grow.
