Who You’ll Work With
Our Delivery teams help organizations of all kinds redefine what’s possible, give shape to the future—and get there. We focus on high-impact projects, meeting our clients where they are to uncover business needs and deliver results. Our teams go beyond the expected to help clients move confidently through ambiguity and risk and drive more transformative outcomes.
What You’ll Do
• Partner with the CIO and Technology Architect to establish the overall program structure, governance model, integrated roadmap, and operating cadence.
• Coordinate seven concurrent technology initiatives across Slalom delivery teams, third-party vendors, and internal business and technology stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain an integrated program plan covering milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, resources, and delivery status.
• Oversee coordination across four data-focused workstreams involving data platforms, migrations, integrations, and visualization capabilities.
• Manage dependencies between internal projects, third-party workstreams, Raspberry AI, and workplace technology activities.
• Coordinate technology requirements associated with the office floor move, including infrastructure, connectivity, workplace technology, endpoints, and vendor readiness.
• Establish program governance, including leadership updates, workstream reviews, RAID management, decision tracking, and escalation processes.
• Identify cross-workstream risks and dependencies early, clarify ownership, and drive issues through resolution.
• Translate complex technical information into clear business impacts, decisions, and recommendations for executive leadership.
• Facilitate alignment among architects, technical teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and leadership.
• Hold workstream owners accountable for milestones, risks, decisions, and follow-through.
• Support planning for testing, deployment, cutover, operational readiness, and transition to support where applicable.
• Continuously improve program processes, communications, and reporting to create transparency and delivery discipline.
What You’ll Bring
• 8+ years of technology project or program management experience, including ownership of complex, multi-workstream enterprise technology programs.
• Demonstrated success coordinating multiple internal teams, technical workstreams, and third-party vendors within an integrated program.
• Experience partnering directly with CIO, CTO, VP, enterprise architecture, or other senior technology leadership.
• Working knowledge of data platforms, data migrations, data visualization, and system integrations.
• Experience coordinating infrastructure, cloud, digital workplace, endpoint, network, office technology, or similar enterprise technology initiatives.
• Strong experience establishing program governance, integrated plans, RAID logs, dependency maps, decision logs, and executive-level reporting.
• Ability to understand technical architecture and delivery dependencies without needing to be the deepest technical expert in a specific platform.
• Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to simplify technical issues and clearly articulate business impact, options, and required decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguous or evolving initiatives.
• Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and comfort holding multiple teams accountable for commitments.
• Sound judgment in managing risks, resolving conflicts, and escalating material issues at the appropriate time.
• Experience supporting deployment, cutover, technology readiness, or operational transition activities.
• Consulting or professional-services experience is preferred.
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Scrum, or similar certification is helpful but not required.
