Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. • Full-stack development experience in cloud environments (Azure). • Proven ability to work across front-end and back-end layers of enterprise applications. • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and deliver meaningful business impact. Skills & Competencies: Core Technical Skills: • Proficiency in Azure services (App Services, Azure SQL, Key Vault, Functions, DevOps Pipelines). • Experience with React (or Angular/Vue), REST APIs, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript. • Solid backend development in C#, Java, Python, or Node.js. • Knowledge of CI/CD and Git-based development workflows. Talent-Driven Competencies: • Strategic curiosity: Understands business objectives and questions assumptions. • Problem framing: Skilled at defining the “what” and “why,” not just the “how.” • Cross-functional fluency: Can collaborate with non-technical partners (e.g., Finance, Operations). • Systems thinking: Sees beyond features to design interconnected, value-driven systems. • Adaptability: Learns quickly, experiments responsibly, and embraces emerging tools and patterns.
