This individual will be responsible for understanding business needs, defining product requirements, prioritizing the product backlog, and partnering with engineering and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that drive measurable value.
The ideal candidate brings strong Salesforce CRM expertise, experience managing complex enterprise platforms, and the ability to translate interconnected business processes into actionable product requirements.
Responsibilities
• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlog, balancing business value, user needs, technical dependencies, and strategic priorities.
• Translate complex business requirements and workflows into clear product requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Serve as Product Owner within an Agile delivery team, providing day-to-day product direction and supporting successful execution.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and design teams throughout discovery, solution development, testing, and release.
• Lead backlog refinement, acceptance testing, release planning, and stakeholder demonstrations.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of business processes supported by Salesforce, including business development, client engagement, talent management, placements, invoicing, and reporting.
• Identify workflow challenges, process inefficiencies, and opportunities to enhance platform functionality and user experience.
• Evaluate proposed product changes and their downstream impacts on integrated systems, data flows, financial processes, and reporting.
• Partner with technical teams on system integrations, APIs, data mapping, synchronization, and data governance.
• Proactively identify and manage product risks, dependencies, and constraints that could impact delivery or business operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, and other business functions to align priorities and drive product decisions.
• Communicate product priorities, delivery timelines, trade-offs, risks, and progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive continuous platform improvement based on user feedback, operational needs, and evolving business priorities.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• 4–8 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, CRM platform management, or a related enterprise technology role.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce CRM , including data models, workflows, configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Proven experience translating complex business requirements into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and product deliverables.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, software development lifecycles, backlog management, and cross-functional product delivery.
• Experience working with CRM integrations and enterprise data flows, including APIs, data mapping, synchronization, and system dependencies.
• Knowledge of CRM data quality and governance principles, including hierarchy management, duplicate management, and master/reference data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex business workflows and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across business and technical teams.
• Proficiency with product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Aha!
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience managing Salesforce platforms within recruiting, staffing, professional services, talent management, or related industries.
• Familiarity with Bullhorn, Jobscience, or comparable CRM/Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Understanding of recruiting and talent management workflows, including candidate management, job requisitions, applications, placements, and client engagements.
• Experience with platforms supporting billing, invoicing, financial reporting, or related financial operations.
• Experience managing enterprise products with multiple system integrations and complex organizational dependencies.
• Familiarity with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks
Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be a proactive, business-focused Product Manager who combines technical understanding with strong product ownership and execution skills. They should be comfortable navigating complex enterprise systems, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and balancing immediate business needs with long-term platform improvements.
