What you will be doing: Own end-to-end deployment: Lead the technical implementation of Tines’ platform within complex enterprise environments. Integrating with existing systems, configuring for customer-specific workflows and ensuring a fast, smooth path to deliverable outcomes. Drive adoption across the organisation: Proactively support and train users and stakeholders in the customer at every level from hands-on technical teams to business leaders ensuring the platform is understood actively used and maximized. Identify and develop new use cases: Through deep familiarity with each customer's business, continuously surface new opportunities where Tines’ platform can create additional value expanding adoption across teams, workflows, and business units. Be the primary technical point of contact: Serve as the customer's trusted advisor on all things platform-related. Troubleshooting issues, delivering workshops, answering technical questions and resolving blockers before they become problems. Maintain strong customer relationships: Build lasting partnerships at every level of the organisation, from daily users to executive sponsors with a focus on long-term retention and growth. Feed insights back to the product: Codify what you learn in the field. Surfacing recurring friction points, unmet needs and high-value use cases and sharing these with Tines’ internal teams such as Engineering, Product and GTM. Travel 20–40% to customer sites to build trust, accelerate adoption and deepen relationships in person.
