Lead cross-functional alignment across Sourcing, Matching, Pricing, Incentives, Dynamic SLA, Operations, Finance, and Driver Experience. Drive the transition from rules to intelligence by determining where deterministic logic, optimization, machine learning, and automation should each be used Build reusable platform capabilities What you'll bring: Bring strong product judgment in marketplaces, logistics, network optimization, routing, or large-scale decision systems . Are comfortable reasoning through multi-objective optimization problems where customer speed, cost, density, and driver experience compete with one another. Can translate messy operational complexity into a clean platform architecture and roadmap that Data Science, Engineering, and Operations can execute against. Operate with high analytical rigor: you define the objective function, measure the system, understand tradeoffs, and continuously tune performance.
