We’re a leading provider of domestic and international package shipping services, delivering to millions of addresses across the U.S. and around the world. As online shopping continues to surge, we play a vital role in connecting businesses to consumers — reliably, efficiently, and at scale. What You’ll Do: • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory. • Sell package delivery solutions to e-retailers, mail service providers, financial institutions, industrial businesses, and more. • Conduct client meetings to assess needs and present tailored shipping solutions. • Overcome technical and business objections to close deals. • Manage client onboarding and implementation. • Provide product training and ongoing support to customers. • Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts. • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate leads. What We’re Looking For: • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience. • Minimum 3 years of experience in parcel shipping, mail consolidation, or logistics. • Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience. • Proven track record in a hunter-style sales environment. • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred). • Willingness to travel overnight as needed. What We Offer: • Competitive base salary + lucrative commission structure. • Comprehensive health benefits: medical, dental, and vision. • Employer-paid short-term disability and life insurance. • Immediate access to paid time off and holidays. • 401(k) with 4–7% employer contribution and profit sharing. • Gym reimbursement. Our Culture: We’re a performance-driven organization that values initiative, collaboration, and integrity.
