Enable Cross Functional Orchestration (Coordinating the impact): Operate at the center of the product business engineering triad, keeping all three aligned. Challenge stakeholder requests to ensure the right problem is being solved first. Advocate for user needs while articulating clear trade offs on scope, timeline, and quality. Partner with Design & Data Science on UX quality and AI model requirements. Establish Product Excellence & Ethical AI (Measuring & Iterating): Define success metrics spanning adoption, satisfaction, business outcomes, and model performance. Build continuous feedback loops that turn user signal into product improvements. Uphold Apple's standards for privacy, security, and accessibility across all Finance products. Data Driven Decision Making: Comfortable using metrics, user feedback, and business data to drive prioritization and measure product success. Domain Experience: Background in Finance Transformation, ERP systems, internal tooling, or FinTech is highly desirable. Advanced Degree: MBA or technical graduate degree is a plus.
