Job description

Senior Account Executive Location: Territory / Remote (TBD) Reports to: Director of Sales The Opportunity CINC Systems is the largest platform in the community association management space, and we're in the middle of the most ambitious chapter in our 20-year history. Our platform now includes AI, powered by Cephai , our intelligence layer, and CINC Connect , our resident and board experience. Both are live in production today, expanding every quarter. About 25% of the U.S. population lives in a community association, and more than 60% of new housing built for sale sits inside one. It's a massive, underserved market, and CINC already leads it: 20+ years in business, 50,000+ communities, 6 million homes under our platform. We're backed by Hg and Spectrum Equity, two growth-focused investors with deep experience scaling software companies. We have the scale, the capital, and the product to go win this market outright, and we need a Senior Account Executive who wants to be part of doing it. This is a rare seat: an enterprise SaaS sale, in a category we already lead, with real momentum and a product story that keeps getting stronger. Why Now • CINC is the platform, and it now comes with AI built in. Cephai and CINC Connect give you a genuinely fresh story to bring to every conversation, whether you're prospecting new logos or expanding existing accounts. • The whole company is aligned around growth. Product, marketing, and customer success are all pulling in the same direction, so you're selling with real investment and support behind you, not on an island. • The product keeps getting better, on a cadence you can sell against. New capabilities ship regularly, each one a fresh reason to be back in front of a prospect or an existing account. You're never selling a static product. • You're stepping into a leader, not a challenger. Prospects already know CINC. You're not fighting for credibility on the first call, you're expanding the lead. What You Can Expect From CINC • A best-in-class product that's actually pulling ahead of the category, not catching up to it • Marketing support and enablement built specifically around our AI and platform story, with a steady stream of leads, positioning, and sales collateral • A BDR team helping fill your pipeline across your territory • A product team that listens and ships, so what you sell today keeps getting stronger tomorrow • Deep technical demo support, so you're never on an island for the complex parts of the sale • The chance to become a genuine thought leader in an industry going through real transformation, with a company that's leading that transformation • Leadership that understands revenue is the growth engine and treats it that way What We'd Expect From You • Present CINC's value, including our AI capabilities, with real conviction, positioning CINC as the most credible, forward-looking partner a management company can choose • Run a consultative, complex enterprise sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract, coordinating stakeholders on both sides along the way • Find and create opportunities beyond what's handed to you: outbound creativity matters in a market this large and underpenetrated • Travel to trade shows and industry events to build the relationships this long sales cycle depends on • Partner with our channel and industry relationships to bring innovation into the association management space • Manage your pipeline with discipline: accurate forecasting, consistent activity, and real accountability to your numbers • Know when to lean in and when to get out of the way. Be comfortable asking for the business. What We'd Like to See • 5+ years of outside sales experience, ideally enterprise SaaS • Salesforce experience required • Experience selling into or around a category-leading AI or platform story is a strong plus • Background in real estate, property management, or banking tech is helpful but not required • College degree or equivalent experience Benefits • Great working environment • Work/life balance • Medical, dental, and vision • Life insurance • Short-term and long-term disability insurance • Flexible spending plan (childcare and healthcare) • 401(k) with matching available • 136 hours of paid time off per year CINC is an Equal Opportunity Employer of women, minorities, protected veterans, and individuals with disabilities.

Must-haves

Senior Account Executive
Location: Territory / Remote (TBD)
Reports to: Director of Sales
This is a rare seat: an enterprise SaaS sale, in a category we already lead, with real momentum and a product story that keeps getting stronger.
CINC is the platform, and it now comes with AI built in. Cephai and CINC Connect give you a genuinely fresh story to bring to every conversation, whether you're prospecting new logos or expanding existing accounts.
The whole company is aligned around growth. Product, marketing, and customer success are all pulling in the same direction, so you're selling with real investment and support behind you, not on an island.
You're stepping into a leader, not a challenger. Prospects already know CINC. You're not fighting for credibility on the first call, you're expanding the lead.
What You Can Expect From CINC
A best-in-class product that's actually pulling ahead of the category, not catching up to it
Marketing support and enablement built specifically around our AI and platform story, with a steady stream of leads, positioning, and sales collateral
A BDR team helping fill your pipeline across your territory
A product team that listens and ships, so what you sell today keeps getting stronger tomorrow
Deep technical demo support, so you're never on an island for the complex parts of the sale
The chance to become a genuine thought leader in an industry going through real transformation, with a company that's leading that transformation
Leadership that understands revenue is the growth engine and treats it that way
What We'd Expect From You
Present CINC's value, including our AI capabilities, with real conviction, positioning CINC as the most credible, forward-looking partner a management company can choose
Run a consultative, complex enterprise sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract, coordinating stakeholders on both sides along the way
Find and create opportunities beyond what's handed to you: outbound creativity matters in a market this large and underpenetrated
Travel to trade shows and industry events to build the relationships this long sales cycle depends on
Partner with our channel and industry relationships to bring innovation into the association management space
Manage your pipeline with discipline: accurate forecasting, consistent activity, and real accountability to your numbers
Know when to lean in and when to get out of the way. Be comfortable asking for the business.
