Job description

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US. As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations. Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow. WHY THIS JOB POSTING We are always on the lookout for exceptional talent. The best hires rarely arrive the moment a perfectly matching job posting happens to be live. So we're not waiting. You might not fit one of our current open roles, and that's fine. If you're genuinely great at what you do, we want you, and we'll find work for you! Tell us what you're brilliant at and where you'd have the most impact, and we'll figure out the right seat together. WHAT IT'S LIKE TO WORK HERE A few things that are true about working here: We move fast. Really fast. Hours and days, not weeks or months. We keep it light. Few meetings, little bureaucracy, less talking and more doing. And we default to doing it ourselves before adding dependencies, because pulling other people in slows everything down for everyone. We hold a high bar. Average loses. Even good often does. We're here to do the best work of our careers, and we back each other to get there, low ego, high trust. It's not an easy game. We're in AI, the most competitive space in the world, and nobody is going to give us this market. We have to take it. But the impact is real. You'll see your work land. If you want to build things you're proud of, this is the place. WHERE YOU MIGHT FIT We hire top talent across the whole function. A few of the areas where you might fit: - Performance. Own paid end to end and turn spend into pipeline and revenue. - Growth. Own the experiments and loops that compound over time. - Field. Own the events and 1:1 and 1:few plays that accelerate deals by region. - SEO. Win traditional and AI search. Ship the best content and world-class landing pages. - Brand and Creative. Make Synthesia impossible to ignore. - Copywriting. Write copy that lands. Make every word earn its place. - Organic Social. Build organic presence across platforms. Go viral with content people love. - Product and Customer Marketing. Position it. Launch it. Tell the story. - Lifecycle. Turn new signups into engaged customers who stick and grow. - Analytics and Measurement. Turn data into the team's sharpest decisions. Not seeing your exact discipline? Apply anyway and tell us where you'd have the most impact. ABOUT YOU - You get results. Pipeline, adoption, revenue. You can point to the numbers. - You live in the data. You reach for the numbers and tell signal from noise. - You can write. Sharp positioning and copy, with a point of view you'll defend. - You own it. Blank slate, your call. You move and adjust based on what works. - You run solo. You get things done without pulling in a crowd. - You adapt fast. Priorities shift, channels change, AI rewrites the playbook. You keep up. - You love AI. You want to build a category-defining product at one of the fastest-growing AI companies in the world. APPLY Apply here. In a line or two, tell us where you fit and what you'd want to own. We review on a rolling basis, and when there's a match with a current or upcoming role, we'll reach out. What you share stays with us for future openings too. Want to skip the queue? Message Borys Khodan, VP of Marketing, on LinkedIn linkedin.com and make your case: - Where you'd have the most impact. A few sharp bullet points. - What you're proudest of. Real wins, with the numbers behind them. Show us the work. That's what gets our attention. [app.ashbyhq.com]
