Job description
Position : Sr. Software Developer
Job Duties :
Under limited supervision, design and develop complex software integration solutions; implement inbound and outbound interfaces for different EDI transactions; gather and interpret user requirements, and provide expertise during SDLC; write technical documents and create flow diagrams for business process; discuss business solutions with Business Analysts, resolve existing problems and improve application stability; validate incoming and outgoing EDI files and run them through several business rules; coordinate with clients to support applications and implement processes; build complex maps and write custom scripts to transform the message from one format to another; write custom pipeline components and custom functions; create tables, views, stored procedures, triggers and packages; modify existing applications for better performance and maintainability; deploy scripts and instructions to promote codes to different environments; support existing BizTalk applications in production environment; answer technical queries, drive product initiatives, metric collection and analysis; review work product, deploy application in the test environment and initiate user acceptance testing; resolve bugs and technical errors during deployment phase; and use Windows, Bitztalk, SQL Server, Oracle, SSIS, .Net framework, C#, ASP.Net, Dotnet, XSLT, PL/SQL, VB, VB.Net, Java, WCF, WPF, MSMQ, SWIFT, SOAP, XML and related tools.
Minimum Qualifications Education :
Master degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);
Experience : Two (2) years of experience as a Software Developer, Systems Analyst, Programmer or in a related occupation;
Other Requirements:
Experience must include work with Biztalk, C#, PL/SQL and Dotnet; must be willing to relocate.
